Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is conducted in a studio set to 90-105°F. It offers a detoxifying, healing and energizing workout for your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Hot Yoga is said to increase flexibility, improve circulation, reduce stress, and develop strength. The class is designed for all levels and ages, and offers modifications to make each pose accessible to most people.
Please note, however, that the first class can be intense for anyone not accustomed to working out in 90-105 degrees Fahrenheit. Please bring two large towels, plenty or water, and your mat. We offer Hot Yoga, Hot Yoga: Intermediate/Advanced and Hot Power Yoga
Note: Hot Yoga is not recommended as a student’s first yoga experience, nor for those with a serious injury, illness, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart condition, or pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider before undertaking this class if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure or a heart condition.
