About Christine McArdle-Oquendo
Christine is a mother of 2 Yogis, 3 and 5 years old. She holds a
Masters in Education and has taught in public and private settings,
in suburbia and in inner city. She has done extensive parent work.
Her career in Yoga began 12 years ago. It was in Parsvakonasana,
in a prenatal class that she knew that she must teach Yoga. Currently
working on her Anusara certification, she received her 200 hour
training at the Vibhuti School in Berkeley Heights, NJ where she
teaches weekly adult classes. She teaches Children's Yoga at public
and private schools in N.J. and works with classroom teachers on
bringing the light of Yoga into the classrooms. In her opinion,
teaching Yoga to Children has undoubtedly proven to be some of the
most enlightening work that she has ever done! |
