Hot Yoga
Twenty-six sequenced postures practiced in a heated room. Work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments – change your body from the inside out. Increases flexibility, improves circulation and reduces stress. The class is designed for all levels. Bring water, a towel, and a mat. Plan to sweat! Detoxifying, healing and energizing. Change your body!
We welcome yogis of all levels and ages, and offers modifications to make each pose accessible to most people. Please note, however, that the first class can be intense for anyone not accustomed to working out in 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit.
Because of the heat, please consult your healthcare provider before undertaking this class if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure or a heart condition.
Hot Yoga is not recommended as a student’s first yoga experience, nor for those with a serious injury, illness, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart condition, or pregnancy.
