Hatha Yoga: Vinyasa Krama

Vinyasa krama means intelligently placed orderly steps. It is an ancient practice of physical and spiritual development. This class emphasizes an intelligent progression of movements synchronized with the breath, enabling both beginning and continuing students to explore higher levels of energy, vitality, strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment. The endeavor is to make each pose done as a worship and meditation. The class helps students combat stress and lack of energy, leaving students feeling refreshed after the class’ deep relaxation technique called “Yoga Nidra.” Suitable for all levels as level of challenge is individualized to needs of each student.
