Yoga has traditionally been practiced at dawn. Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as we stretch and tone the body, mind and spirit on Sunday morning. This is a multi-level class and all are welcome, although familiarity with sun salutations is recommended. Get inspired as we learn a variety of vinyasas that focus on different themes from week to week. Each class includes a brief meditation period, pranayama or breathing instruction, floor work, sun or moon salutations, balance poses, and deep relaxation. Please inform the instructor of any acute injuries or physical limitations.
|
Using gentle Yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing)techniques, and meditation, this class
will focus on relieving and reducing stress and creating a more
peaceful state of mind.
|
Experience the exhilarating dance of breath and movement with precision and awakening attention. Each class interweaves the ancient yoga practices of chanting, pranayama, asana, deep relaxation and yoga philosophy in combination with precise attention to form and skillful assists. The practice is an invigorating flow within a conscious and caring environment.

| The Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational benediction. It is the transfer of Divine Energy, which enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind's interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy and connection to the Oneness in everything. Oneness Blessing is transferred by the Oneness Facilitator by placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute.
The recipient may experience a tingling sensation in the head, or blissful energy flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the experience, the recipient can trust that the process of Oneness has begun.
