    Experience The Tree of Life!

Universal Kabbalah is a system of creation, which provides tools and knowledge for self-transformation. This system is with no dogma or religion, it is Universal.
In this Introduction, we will experience the energies of the Tree of Life and how this alchemical system can bring transformation to our lives to manifest and create the change we wish to see.

The Key to self-mastery, abundance and transformation lies in the ancient art of ascension. Ascension is a way to integrate not just the knowledge, but the energy and essence of the Tree of Life so you can have these powers to create what you want in life.

Universal Kabbalah helps us to answer these questions:
    • Who am I?
    • What am I?
    • Where did I come from?
    • Where am I going?
    • What is my purpose in life?

We will explore this ancient system of creation and the tools it provides, which give new perspective and wisdom. These tools can be used to enhance our daily lives.

We will also overview the 10-month Kabbalah Ascension Program beginning October 2015, where we ascend through the Tree of Life over 10 months and experience the aspects of the Tree which awaken and transform our entire being.
Join us for this energetic experiential workshop!

  4. MBSR – Graduate Class on Mindfulness Meditation

    Register Now

    Now open for DROP-INs

Join Us for a monthly Evening of Mindfulness – A Graduate Class on Mindfulness Meditation – 2 sessions: July 14 and August 18, 2015

A number of our mindfulness students have over time sought to reconnect with and deepen the lessons experienced during the program. Deborah and Robin will be hosting a meditation group open to all who have participated in our MBSR program (or any MBSR/MBCT program in other locations) and we invite you to attend.
The class will build on the work done in earlier sessions and will support our mutual effort toward greater clarity of purpose and ease of being. We will address obstacles which may arise as we internalize this practice. Each session will be 90-minutes and include a period of meditation, group discussion, and opportunity to ask questions. We hope in this way to enrich our lives in the present moment and thereby increase our experience of tranquility, joy, resilience, and present moment awareness. With life comes challenges, but we can “unpack” and meet these situations in ways which help us to reconnect with and deepen our wisdom and realize the choices we do have to ease our suffering and to live life in its fullness. As we build these tools in ourselves, we bring them also to those around us and in that way open new possibilities for our loved ones.

This class will be held on the following dates:
7/14 and 8/18 from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, meeting twice.

Costs: $45 for both sessions, $30 for 1 session.
Space Limited – Please call 609-924-7294 or go online to register.

We have come to be danced…
Not the pretty pretty, pick me, pick me dance
But the claw our way back into the belly
Of the sacred, sensual animal dance
The unhinged, unplugged, cat is out of its box dance
The holding the precious moment in the palms
Of our hands and feet dance.
We have come to be danced…
… the wring the sadness from our skin dance…
… The rub the rhythm raw against our soul dance…
… The everyone can come to our heaven dance…
… To unravel, to play, to fly, to pray
    To root in skin sanctuary
We have come to be danced…

    —Jewel Mathieson

5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice rooted in personal growth, transformational experiences, and community. 5Rhythms transcends dance—movement is the medicine, the meditation, and the metaphor. When we put our bodies into motion we become waves of infinite possibility, forming and reforming ourselves in every moment. Together we peel back layers, lay our masks down, and dance until we disappear.

The 5Rhythms were developed by Gabrielle Roth through her lifetime study in dance, theater, and the healing arts to release the dancer in us all, regardless of age, shape, size, limitations or experience. We dance in bare feet or indoor shoes only. Wear comfortable clothing & bring water. No fragrances please! Suited for people of all ages, sizes, and ability. Come move with us!

Trees grow up through their branches, and down through their roots into the earth. They also grow wider with each passing year. As they do, they shed the bark that served to protect them but is no longer big enough to contain them. In the same way, we create boundaries and develop defenses to shield ourselves, and at a certain point, we outgrow them. If we do not allow ourselves to shed our protective layer, we cannot expand into our full potential. Unlike a tree, we must consciously decide when it is time to shed our bark and expand our boundaries so that we can move into our next ring of growth.

Nothing is expected, as we open to the intention of letting go. Props are used to fully support the body in restful postures. Renew your body, mind and soul by giving yourself permission to do less instead of more.

    $35/$30 if paid by 8/15
Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

  13. Restorative Workshop Theme: Journey Through the Chakras

    • With: Gisele Mogan
    • Dates: Saturday, September 05, 2015
    • Times: 01:30PM to 03:30PM
Come and join us on this amazing journey through the chakras. There are seven chakras, or energy centers, in the body. Each chakra is associated with particular functions within the body and with specific life issues and the way we handle them, both inside ourselves and in our interactions with the world. As centers of force, chakras can be thought of as sites where we receive, absorb, and distribute life energies. Through external situations and internal habits, such as long-held physical tension and limiting self-concepts, a chakra can become either deficient or excessive—and therefore imbalanced. So if we can balance this chakra system, we can balance how we function in life. Practicing Restorative poses that correspond to each chakra can release these blocks and clear the path to higher consciousness.

No expectations are present as we open to the intention of letting go. Props are used to fully support the body in restful postures. While in these poses, students will be receiving Reiki, a form of energy therapy that enhances the natural healing system of the body and creates relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Price: $35/$30 if paid by 8/29
