    Experience The Tree of Life!

Universal Kabbalah is a system of creation, which provides tools and knowledge for self-transformation. This system is with no dogma or religion, it is Universal.
In this Introduction, we will experience the energies of the Tree of Life and how this alchemical system can bring transformation to our lives to manifest and create the change we wish to see.

The Key to self-mastery, abundance and transformation lies in the ancient art of ascension. Ascension is a way to integrate not just the knowledge, but the energy and essence of the Tree of Life so you can have these powers to create what you want in life.

Universal Kabbalah helps us to answer these questions:
    • Who am I?
    • What am I?
    • Where did I come from?
    • Where am I going?
    • What is my purpose in life?

We will explore this ancient system of creation and the tools it provides, which give new perspective and wisdom. These tools can be used to enhance our daily lives.

We will also overview the 10-month Kabbalah Ascension Program beginning October 2015, where we ascend through the Tree of Life over 10 months and experience the aspects of the Tree which awaken and transform our entire being.
Join us for this energetic experiential workshop!

    Register Now

We have come to be danced…
Not the pretty pretty, pick me, pick me dance
But the claw our way back into the belly
Of the sacred, sensual animal dance
The unhinged, unplugged, cat is out of its box dance
The holding the precious moment in the palms
Of our hands and feet dance.
We have come to be danced…
… the wring the sadness from our skin dance…
… The rub the rhythm raw against our soul dance…
… The everyone can come to our heaven dance…
… To unravel, to play, to fly, to pray
    To root in skin sanctuary
We have come to be danced…

    —Jewel Mathieson

5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice rooted in personal growth, transformational experiences, and community. 5Rhythms transcends dance—movement is the medicine, the meditation, and the metaphor. When we put our bodies into motion we become waves of infinite possibility, forming and reforming ourselves in every moment. Together we peel back layers, lay our masks down, and dance until we disappear.

The 5Rhythms were developed by Gabrielle Roth through her lifetime study in dance, theater, and the healing arts to release the dancer in us all, regardless of age, shape, size, limitations or experience. We dance in bare feet or indoor shoes only. Wear comfortable clothing & bring water. No fragrances please! Suited for people of all ages, sizes, and ability. Come move with us!

Prana Yoga uses chakra sound vibrations and breathing techniques while holding yoga postures to bring you fully present and create a deeper experience of prana (life force) within. Developed by Jeff Migdow in 1997, Prana Yoga practice is profoundly transformational and healing. The Tibetan Five Rites are ancient yogic practices which were performed by monks in remote Himalayan monasteries and were considered magical because of their remarkable healing and rejuvenating effects. They work by speeding up and creating balance in the flow of energy through seven energy centers (chakras), thus normalizing hormonal and nerve imbalances.
