Why consider Private Yoga Sessions
Brand new to yoga
Princeton Yoga offers many great beginner classes with experienced teachers who can guide you. Contact us for recommendations.
If you feel like you do not want to jump right into a class setting a private session can be an excellent way to begin your own yoga practice. Develop your confidence by learning the fundamentals of yoga at your own pace. Ask questions when you like, take your time learning the poses, rest when you need to, and receive the individualized attention that you may not feel comfortable asking for in a group setting.
Deepen or strengthen your practice
If you are curious and interested in bringing your yoga practice to the next level or you face certain health challenges a private yoga session might be right for you.
Developing a home practice
You may be a beginner or experienced yogi who understands the benefits of a daily practice, but would like assistance developing one. Together we can create your own practice, working on your areas of interest such as alignment, sequencing, pranayama, meditation and/or the philosophical aspects of yoga.
