Meditation Room Yoga easily became a way of life for Elizabeth eight years ago. Its fluid movement and ability to ease stress while opening the body and calming the mind became a necessity. Following many years of chiropractic care, she was eventually able to replace her doctor with a daily yoga practice.

Elizabeth first began teaching yoga to children in 2007. A year later she entered into a 200 hour Soma teacher training certification course in order to teach adults as well. She continues to study and train and is presently completing a second 200 hour certification course in vinyasa flow. She found yoga offers patience, enabling her to find acceptance while maintaining an open mind and appreciation for the simple things in life that are so often overlooked. In her classes she encourages students to link the breath with their body movement, emphasizing the importance of alignment. She has studied under Bobbie Ellis, Bobbi Golden, Brian Kest and Seane Corn. Elizabeth offers private yoga classes and teaches at studios and schools in the Princeton area.
