Natalia Gali
A Certified Ashtanga Teacher (Mysore, India), Natalia credits her yoga practice with acquiring physical and mental strength, focus, flexibility, open mind, patience, compassion and inspiration for her art. She is a student of John Frank (Princeton) and Chidananda (Mysore, India). In her teaching, Natalia honors spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga as well as the individual needs of her students. She guides her students on a yogic path by sharing her knowledge of physical and spiritual aspects of yoga asana, chanting, meditation and pranayama. Natalia also teaches privately in the Princeton area. She lives with her two sons in Hopewell, NJ.
